As part of the Arkansas Chamber Singers mission to support and contribute to the cultural and musical growth of our community, the organization seeks ways to give back through educational endeavors.
Embracing this belief, the Arkansas Chamber Singers Vocal/Choral Music Scholarship is established with a mission in focus that will encourage and promote the art of choral music.
In 2012, the Arkansas Chamber Singers began a holiday tradition, performing a series of holiday concerts at the Old State House in mid-December. We also collaborate with various other arts organization throughout Little Rock and Central Arkansas.
The Statehouse Concerts are a favorite each year for singers and audience members alike. Join us this year on December 13, 14, and 15 to get into the holiday spirit.
For choir members and regular concert goers, choral rehearsals and performances provide a social outlet, fostering friendships and a support network. It can be particularly beneficial for adults to have an artistic outlet, and by engaging in these activities, a choir can have a significant, positive impact on its community.
