  • Cantatas by J. S. Bach

    Presenting Arkansas Chamber Singers and members of the Arkansas Symphony Orchestra in a live concert recording of some of the most moving pieces written for chorus by J. S. Bach. This exceptional collection includes the familiar strains of the uplifting Cantata 140, "Wachet auf, ruft und die Stimme", "Jesu, Joy of Man's Desiring" from Cantata 147 and the haunting "Ich hatte viel Bekummernis", Cantata 21.

  • Forward and BACH Again

    A live concert recording of choral works by Bach, John Tavener, Felix Mendelssohn and Ward Swingle. This outstanding recording includes "Sure On This Shining Night" by Morten Lauridsen, "Lux Aurumque" by Eric Whitacre and "Halt im Gedachtnis Jesum Christ", Cantata 67, Movement 1 by Bach.

  • Songs of Nature

    A variety of beautiful choral works presented live at St. James United Methodist Church in 2007. Included in this CD are five "Songs of Nature" by Antonin Dvorak, " Four Pastorales" by Cecil Effinger with Lorraine Duso, oboe. Also, performed that evening were four pieces from 'Due North" by Stephen Chatman. The concert concluded with "A Red, Red Rose" by James Mulholland and another version by Z. Randall Stroope.

  • Haydn's Timpani Mass & Little Organ Mass

    This live concert was recorded at St. Mark's Episcopal Church with soloists, Susan Belcher, Soprano; Suzanne Loerch, Alto; Matthew Newman, Tenor; Jon Bruno, Bass and Robert Lindley, Organ. Haydn's "Little Organ Mass" also known as "Missa Brevis Sancti Joannis de Deo/Kleine Orgelmesse" was presented along with Haydn's "Timpani Mass" or more commonly known as "Mass in Time of War/Paukenmesse"

  • Songs of Beauty Born of Grief

    This unique choral performance was presented by the Arkansas Chamber Singers along with Michael Carenbauer, Guitar; Stephen Feldman, Cello and David & Terry Itkin, Narrators. The concert included "The Holocaust Cantata" arranged by Donald McCullough, "A Procession Winding Around Me" by Jeffrey Van and "Three Irish Folk Songs" arranged by Craig Courtney.

  • A Day for Dancing

    A collection of holiday choral music presented by the Arkansas Chamber Singers under the direction of John Yarrington and Arkansas Chamber Singers Youth Chorale with associate director Gary Wilson recorded in December 1997. Selections include nine movements from "A Day for Dancing" by L. Pfautsch, "Tomorrow Shall Be My Dancing Day" arranged by Grotenhuis, and "Christmas Day" by G. Holst.
